Vision

DSH local vision capabilities: macOS Vision OCR (text + pixel coordinates + bounding boxes) + ollama qwen3-vl semantic descriptions + an upload bridge that automatically switches based on model capabilities (models supporting image use the native channel; text-only channels convert to text)
