Skill and MCP usage audit: scan all local skill sources (DSH / Agent / Claude / Codex / Qoder / Trae and 20 other types), identify the tool each skill comes from, and display the real-time number of skill and MCP calls in the current session, along with their success status and duration, in the status bar at the top of the conversation
