Client Ui Primitives

css-in-js styling kit (styled / Token / Styling) plus the shared reference parser and renderer (findReferences / parseReferenceToken) for the forked conversation UI: consumes the official --dsw-* design tokens, so no CSS Modules precompile step is needed.
