Cross-session long-term experience memory for DeepSeek Harness — graded evidence, fail-closed: only experiences supported by the user's exact words, tool verification, or workspace file citations qualify for automatic injection; unverifiable items remain candidates and are never injected; dual workspace/domain scopes, with promotion to domain level requiring independent confirmation in two workspaces; relevant experiences are injected each round through topic gating, and both retrieval and successful reuse increase their scores, so frequently used items remain while untouched ones naturally retire; retirement is reversible, and only purge permanently deletes them; before acting, prompts require records to include a recall_for anchor (path: / tool: / command:), and tool calls are not interrupted when none is declared; maintenance runs at the end of each round, outside the retrieval hot path, and also marks records whose source files no longer exist. Pure SQLite + FTS5, zero build dependencies. · Cross-session experience memory: graded evidence, query-gated injection, just-in-time delivery keyed on declared anchors.
