Model Toggle

Per-model and per-provider enable/disable switches, plus third-party thinking-effort rules, for the DeepSeek Harness desktop app (profile bundle carrying host and web-client halves; app.asar untouched).

The plugin will be installed here. Keep web if you are unsure.
