DeepSeek Harness (DSH) theme experience plugin: OKLCH theme proposals + theme designer (independent hue/saturation/lightness channels, channel locking, color relationships and quick variants, AI naming, JSON import/export), with an expanded settings panel width. Installed as a hot-swappable web plugin and retained across restarts.
