Message Recall

Delete unwanted AI replies or sent prompts containing errors — recall / delete / delete this and subsequent messages. DSH plugin: writes append-only tombstones to remove them from the model context and interface in sync. Per-message recall & delete for DeepSeek Harness sessions.
