Hermes Panel

A Hermes sidebar for DSH: finds your Hermes agent, starts and stops its gateway and dashboard, runs the health script Hermes ships itself, and carries the DSH ↔ Hermes bridge. Any installation will do — where those maintenance scripts do not exist, the three buttons politely decline and say why.
