Dws Quota

DSH plugin: shows the Deepwerkspace estimated-remaining-token count (5.5 x output-token quota) in the web client composer dock, next to the context meter. The API key is read from the credentials store (ref DEEPWERKSPACE_API_KEY) and never reaches the browser.
