Workspace Tmp

Workspace Tmp — scratch files for DeepSeek Harness that never land in the project tree. Gives the agent a session temporary directory beside the workspace, plus a system-prompt rule and a workspace_tmp tool that creates, writes, lists and cleans it, with automatic deletion at turn end.
