Hot-pluggable: mounted via the web profile's bundles list + a profile node_modules install, no dsh source changes.

Webchat is published as dsh-webchat and currently resolves to version 0.2.0. The Hub verifies its manifest and preserves the exact installation source for reproducible installs.
