Registers a ctx.web search provider and overrides the shared searchProvider to it; UI copy follows the app language (zh / en).

Web Search Diy is published as dsh-web-search-diy and currently resolves to version 1.1.1. The Hub verifies its manifest and preserves the exact installation source for reproducible installs.
