Per-turn skill audit for DeepSeek Harness, plus an in-app skill manager: a resident panel showing which skills each turn invoked, an install sheet that adds, replaces and removes skills without leaving the app, and per-skill provenance so an installed skill can be checked for and pulled up to its author's latest revision. Fork of dsh-echocat-skill-panel with the composer strip removed.

Useof Skill Panel is published as dsh-useof-skill-panel and currently resolves to version 5.1.4. The Hub verifies its manifest and preserves the exact installation source for reproducible installs.
