Usage Panel

DeepSeek Harness usage statistics plugin: the “Usage Statistics” settings page displays Token usage KPIs, a six-month activity contribution heatmap, a stacked bar chart by model, and a model doughnut chart (Host projection aggregation + read-only session log recalculation, never writes back)
