Description
A Windows desktop tray launcher for DeepSeek Harness (pure PowerShell, no installer, no runtime, measured at 55 MB resident memory): runs dsh web without a window, automatically handles the new authentication URL, supports switching icons via the tray right-click menu, starts on system boot, restarts Harness, and includes one-click installation and updates for the usage/cost dashboard plugin. Also provided as a dsh plugin (after dsh plugin add, the tray starts automatically with Harness).
