Independent Creative Mode toolkit for DeepSeek Harness: implements runtime checks and dynamic plugin lifecycle as ordinary host-level plugins, bypassing the process-level registry slot used by the official @deepseek-ai/dsh-tool-cordis so Creative Mode presets can be copied
