DeepSeek Harness plugin: Graceful pauses at the right time — graceful pauses with inquiries during peak/off-peak switching, forced downgrade wrap-up when the balance is insufficient, and automatic wake-up and resumption by the watchdog. Dual handoff (human + model), with complete logs.
