Description
Adds a Chinese description section to the skill cards in dsh-skill-mcp-panel. Unlisted English skills are translated on demand by the host using the current default model and cached (invalidated by the source text's SHA-1); Chinese source text is skipped automatically, and the panel's original English text is placed under an "Original" button. Ready to use after installation, with no need to manually write mappings one by one.
