DSH plugin (web + Desktop): a 技能 (Skills) page tab in DSH's OFFICIAL right Sidebar that lists every locally readable skill, groups them by plugin/family (collapsible), writes a path-carrying skills.md index, and keeps new sessions cheap — only skills used in the last 30 days plus pinned ones stay in the session skill catalog, the rest become on-demand (searchable and still /invocable). Persists a cache so the list appears instantly, auto-classifies newly installed skills, and re-scans all skills every Monday.

Skill Sidebar is published as dsh-skill-sidebar and currently resolves to version 0.4.1. The Hub verifies its manifest and preserves the exact installation source for reproducible installs.
