DSH skill creation and audit plugin (vibe-coding-cn 9 quality gates): four-stage chain skill_check_name → skill_mece_check → skill_audit → skill_scaffold + SKILL.md write gate. v0.2.0: adapted to dsh 0.2; write gate reads both exec.arguments ?? exec.args, and edit no longer skips pre-checks; skill_mece_check migrated in. v0.2.1: fallback warning injection + return on failure (warnings are no longer silently dropped when dsh-llm cannot be parsed); write gate scope changed to the skills root actually loaded by DSH (the formerly hardcoded ~/.dsh/skills was empty, so the gate never triggered); skill_audit resolves bare names to actual paths via ctx.skills.list and renders a ✓/✗ table; added hithink-finance-* to the domain mapping.
