Shell Surfaces

The machine's other execution surfaces as one DSH tool: a WSL Linux userland, nushell's structured pipelines, the MSYS2 userland (bash/zsh/fish/brush), and a real console for interactive programs. One tool with a surface argument, so a session stops reaching for pwsh for everything.
