Settings Sync

Settings sync plugin: export the plugin list, profile configuration, $DSH_HOME files, and browser local settings in a single JSON file; after importing, reinstall plugins with one click in the profile directory; compatible with the dsh-profile-backup 0.2 format from the plugin marketplace.
