Per-session LLM cost meter for the DeepSeek Harness Web UI: folds provider usage into uncached input / cache read / cache write / output per model and prices it against DeepSeek and Xiaomi MiMo pay-as-you-go rates (DeepSeek peak-idle tiering included).
