S2s

Independent same-host session-to-session interconnection for the DeepSeek Harness. In-process broker delivery, name (title) addressing, dormant-session wake, durable mailbox, anti-loop budget. Inspired by @dpskh/a2a injection idiom; no hub or network mesh.
