DSH Web plugin: Changes the default width of the right sidebar from “half the screen (45% of the viewport)” to a more reasonable proportion while retaining the ability to resize it by dragging. DSH itself does not persist the right sidebar width (the layout store’s initial rightbar value is null), so it returns to 45% after each refresh; this plugin sets the initial value to the configured proportion before the sidebar is opened for the first time. After that, user resizing works as usual, and the adjusted width is remembered.
