dsh-resource-guard

Resource Guard

DeepSeek Harness plugin: intelligently guards local-model memory (semaphore + memory budget + queue + live overview) so image/voice/LLM tasks never exhaust RAM. Exposes the dsh_resource tool and a resourceGuard service other plugins consume.
