Remote Panel

DSH remote/WSL status preview: detects local WSL distributions and SSH machines at specified IP addresses (CPU/memory/disk/GPU/Docker/processes/services), renders them in a standalone WinUI 3 floating window, and provides the /wsx command, remote_* native tools, Skills, and an MCP stdio server
