DSH Prompt Rewriting Assistant: added to the input toolbar (conversation.input.right, to the left of the model selector) to rewrite drafts with AI (concise/detailed/structured/translate to English/custom; SSE streaming, interruptible, undoable, and using conversation context). Also supports one-click template insertion. Includes @file and //command chip protection and change detection after repopulation. The rewriting API is accessible only through the local loopback interface. UI aligned with the official model selector dropdown.
