Description

Three fixes for the DSH web client, applied without touching the DSH installation: (1) session projection values (titles) survive a Host generation reset, (2) session-list rebuilds are coalesced to one per animation frame instead of one per control frame (~6.3x fewer full rebuilds), (3) the running-state spinner rotates even though this WebView2 host reports prefers-reduced-motion: reduce unconditionally.
