Plugin Power Button

DeepSeek Harness (DSH) plugin: adds a power button beside the sidebar account button that shuts the DSH desktop app down completely (no tray) or restarts it. 在侧边栏用户按钮右侧加一个关机按钮：选择「关机」彻底退出 DSH 桌面端（不缩到托盘），或选择「重新启动」自动重启。
