Plugin Desktop Restart

Adds a restart button next to “Application / Edit” in the Windows title bar: the first click confirms, and the second click restarts the DeepSeek Harness desktop application (requires an app.asar patch).

The plugin will be installed here. Keep web if you are unsure.
