Plugin Boot Whale Maid

DeepSeek Harness boot stage: a full-screen whale-maid curtain-up for the splash, then a fade to the real UI. Host half injects a synchronous first frame that covers DSH's native [data-dsh-boot] card before the shell paints it; the Web client half mounts the stage in a shadow root.
