Deterministically injects “operating conventions” into the context before taking action: injection occurs only when your message appears to indicate that you are about to act, so casual conversation has zero overhead. The same convention version is reminded only once per session, and is automatically reminded again when the convention version number (VERSION file) changes. Includes injection logs for verification. Solves the problem of “the conventions were recorded, but if they are not mentioned when work begins, they are not followed.” Designed for use with OpenViking: the operating conventions themselves are stored in the OpenViking skill, while this plugin surfaces them before action.

Ops Conventions is published as dsh-ops-conventions and currently resolves to version 0.3.0. The Hub verifies its manifest and preserves the exact installation source for reproducible installs.
