Open Workspace Any App

在工作区/会话头部加一个“用其它应用打开”按钮：通过配置声明任意 macOS/Linux/Windows 应用（Zap、Qoder IDE、IntelliJ IDEA、Obsidian、HBuilderX…），并把当前工作区目录交给它。 — Open the workspace directory in ANY app you declare, beside the built-in open-in-app menu.
