DSH notification relay: routes lifecycle events such as task completion, failure, and pending approval through a rules hub with deduplication, do-not-disturb, and digest batching, then delivers them to Bark/Server酱/Telegram/企业微信/飞书/钉钉/ntfy/generic webhooks. Automatically retries failures without losing events across restarts. Supports severity levels (Bark level/call, ntfy Priority, 钉钉 isAtAll), per-channel circuit breakers, jittered backoff, and external service health-check alerts. Zero runtime dependencies.

Notify Relay is published as dsh-notify-relay and currently resolves to version 0.4.3. The Hub verifies its manifest and preserves the exact installation source for reproducible installs.
