Deterministic two-level memory injection for DeepSeek Harness: global and project MEMORY.md plus today's notes, auto-loaded into every new session. v1.3.1 fixes session-format-v4 source attribution (DSH 0.2.0 desktop refused the retired kind:"plugin" wrapper, failing every session). v1.3.0 injects day logs as a one-line pointer by default (dailyLogMode: pointer|full|off) so flow records stop competing with the MEMORY.md indexes; v1.2.0 capped day logs and reported skipped oversized files.

Memory Loader is published as dsh-memory-loader and currently resolves to version 1.3.1. The Hub verifies its manifest and preserves the exact installation source for reproducible installs.
