Mailbox Notify

DeepSeek Harness (dsh) task notifications: automatically email you when tasks finish, remind you if approval is stuck for over 1 minute, and automatically delete the previous email with each new notification (your inbox never piles up). Zero dependencies, zero build, no listening ports.
