A lorebook-like prompt tool for DeepSeek Harness: layered system-prompt anchors, constant/keyword (blue/green) entries, reproducible probabilistic activation, and regex rewriting on three surfaces. Inspired by SillyTavern's World Info engine — but a general prompt-engineering layer, not a roleplay frontend.
