Llm Error Classify

DSH error classification correction plugin: Reclassifies provider failures from pi-ai adapters that are incorrectly categorized as AUTH as PROVIDER_ERROR, allowing the gateway’s original message to be displayed unchanged instead of being replaced by “Invalid API key” in the UI.
