Built-in: memory titles are dynamically injected via systemPrompt.context as durable user-role snapshots (global + current project, automatically refreshed after CRUD), using fewer tokens than static sections.

Lite Memory is published as dsh-lite-memory and currently resolves to version 0.4.1. The Hub verifies its manifest and preserves the exact installation source for reproducible installs.
