IP & subnet math toolbox for DeepSeek Harness (dsh): IPv4 subnet layouts, CIDR summarization, VLSM host-count allocation and pool subtraction, IPv6 subnet math (128-bit exact) and IPv4/IPv6 parsing with RFC 5952 normalization and IANA classification — zero runtime dependencies, pure local math
