Customize the browser tab favicon by uploading an SVG, PNG, or ICO file from the settings page. Changes apply instantly and persist, with automatic adaptation for Android, iOS, and tablet PWA icons. Display unread red dots and in-progress yellow dots in the workspace count, conversation rows, top-left corner, and browser tab. Click a count to open the list, or click an item to locate it in the sidebar. Unread counts can also be displayed as system app icon badges on the Windows taskbar or macOS Dock, including notification permission requests.
