Hydrasearch

TinyFish + AnySearch web search and fetch provider for DeepSeek Harness (DSH): registers a ctx.web failover chain with an operator-controlled backend priority, so the built-in web_search and web_fetch tools run through TinyFish and AnySearch, with a settings card in the Plugins page.
