One-click hot refresh for DeepSeek Harness client plugins: trigger the official clientModules.rebuilt path from the panel, guard whole-graph reloads behind an explicit flag, and expose replay counters for observability. 面板一键热刷新：从面板触发官方客户端插件热重载，整图重载须显式确认，并暴露重放计数以便观测。
