Find File

Permission-wall-immune file finder for DeepSeek Harness: registers the find_file agent tool. Unlike the built-in glob, partial failures never discard results — unreadable directories are skipped and reported, and complete:false warns that the tree was not fully covered. Zero runtime dependencies.
