Description

DSH stage-gate host plugin, standalone: the only dependency surface is @deepseek-ai/dsh-tools (the DSH-provided tool-runtime contract package), and even that degrades to a built-in fallback when unreachable — it depends on no other DSH plugin and no external store. stage_gate / gates_list validate task-workspace artifacts against the nine security presets' gate schemas (structural checks, v1) and append verdicts to gate-log.md; operation_goal/scope/constraints/intent/progress maintain the goal-contract ledger in operation-state.json. v1.6.0 standalone release: agentPresets is now an optional service (absent -> silent degrade to the session header), all cross-plugin @dsh-external/* imports are gone (finding/chain anchors degrade to format check), the host tool runtime is optional, every state write is atomic (tmp+rename), workspace resolves against the session working directory instead of process.cwd(), gate/list calls return structured results instead of throwing, and the table/hash/coverage/scope-draft parsers are hardened.
