Ingress shaping (payload shaping): orders an op chain by category for session elements (reasoning / toolResult / toolArgs / assistantText), finalizing them before they are sent for the first time; the proxy channel shapes them at the wire layer ⇒ monotonically growing prefixes, zero breakpoint tax.

Shaping results carry no markers (markers pollute the model; see docs/POLLUTION.md), while the original reasoning text can be recovered from the side-channel registry.
