Description

Adds several missing sections to the official settings for the DSH desktop version: README translation (DeepL) configuration and connectivity test, GitHub acceleration proxy (self-hosted reverse proxy, disabled by default) configuration and connectivity test, plugin marketplace cache clearing, and an entry point for recharging on the DeepSeek Open Platform.
