Cybernetics Core v4 runtime: EMA feedback loop/divergence and oscillation detection/controllability self-check/stability valve. v0.2.0: adapted to dsh 0.2 (Config not exported, pre-step injection in v4 source form); irreversible interception rules consolidated into the host approval gate, with feedforward retaining only retry/timeout pass-through + warnings. v0.2.1: fixed the warning injection pipeline (equivalent fallback when dsh-llm is unparsable + failed items returned to the queue), changed the stability valve to count by turn and made the patch baseline effective, corrected the feedforward regex (double backslashes in YAML caused it to never match), routed sandbox privilege escalation through the host approval gate ({kind:'ask'}), changed agent/disposed to the emit signature, and made the controllability tool set use the agent scope ∪ global view.
