Description

Codex-style composer launcher: turns the composer's + button into a menu (add / capability / common plugins) whose picks land as native reference chips on a rail above the input. Ships a companion browser extension that pushes your open tabs in as reference sources, plus a staging script that detects whichever browsers are actually installed and walks you through loading it.
